Sonya will discuss with you what you would like your home to look and feel like, establish the desired function of the room or space to be transformed. Sonya will sort through every single item (every tiny piece) and together decide if it aligns with your vision. Keep, give-away or discard. Using only the items “kept” Sonya creates a new space to ensure layout and functionality matches your vision. Sonya will help you establish systems, processes and routines to help maintain the space we have decluttered and organised.
Downsizing – Seniors
Downsizing, especially for Seniors can be a daunting task and stressful for the family. Sonya is sensitive to the emotional and physical aspects of a downsize with years of ‘stuff’, where does it go, what do we keep, what do we need? It is critical to work with our senior clients and their family at a pace which is comfortable for all involved, whether it be a small project or a full home downsize. Sonya will make the transition from a large home to smaller home, a stress free process.

Sonya will work with you to determine what needs to stay and what needs to be packed and sent to storage. Just think of it as getting a head start on your packing. Sonya can also assist you on Inspection Day to put the finishing touches in place for a fabulous presentation to get the best possible sale price for you.
